Magic The Gathering Artist Who Drew These Fortnite Secret Lair Cards Also Drew My Board Game Box Art!

A cool little story about my board game is that while looking for an artist to draw my cover art, I came across Kevin's Instagram account randomly and saw he worked on some League of Legends stuff (I love League of Legends). He even drew one of my favorite MTG cards. I knew I needed to ask if he was interested in drawing the cover for my board game. I waited weeks to message him because I was worried he would say no or completely ignore my message. To my surprise, he answered, and after some talking, he agreed to take on the project. He started working on it, and I can't explain how crazy it was to have such an amazing and talented artist, whose work I loved for years, draw something for my own game. He crushed it, and now the cover of my game has one of the coolest stories ever.

For anyone wondering, the Wrath of God card is in my mono-white Voltron Commander deck, Yoshimaru, and Ardenn. The Swamp is in my mono-black Tinybones, Trinket Thief deck, and I love it so much.

I guess the moral of this story is never be scared to ask, because I was so worried about messaging him in the first place. Thankfully, I was convinced by my girlfriend to just message him. Now look, I have one of the coolest covers with such a cool story, all because of a simple Instagram DM. So what do you think of the cover art for my game?
