The King’s Crown is a special Gold Item developed to feel like a true relic of the world — unlike other Golden Items, which are often tied to gameplay features. This crown represents something unique, different… something special.

While this isn't the card’s official main design, the Pax Unplugged promo version features its very first revealed artwork. For this exclusive art, the idea was simple: what if Pax — the Dice Goblin (another promo card given out at Pax Unplugged) — decided to craft his own special king's crown?

It’s a playful take on the happy-go-lucky goblin who roams the world collecting gems and turning them into dice for the people of Crosantten.

The King’s Crown will eventually become available to players in its standard form. For now, however, this rare Gold Item was exclusive to those who playtested Lombard’s Labyrinth at Pax Unplugged — and won.

And who knows? You might see another exclusive version of this card as an early Kickstarter bonus soon enough…
