The King’s Crown is a special Gold Item designed to feel like a true treasure from the world, but with a twist. Unlike other Golden Items, which are often tied to lore or gameplay. This crown is meant to be something unique, something special.

While this version of the card is not the official main design, the Pax Unplugged promo version features its very own special artwork. For this card, the idea was simple: what if Pax — the Dice Goblin (another promo card given out at Pax Unplugged) — crafted his own one-of-a-kind king's crown?

It’s a fun idea that the wandering little goblin who travels the world collecting gems so he can turn them into dice would craft his own crown.

The King’s Crown will eventually become available to players in a standard card. For now, however, this rare Gold Item was exclusive to those who playtested Lombard’s Labyrinth at Pax Unplugged — and won.

And who knows? You might see another exclusive version of this card as an early Kickstarter bonus soon enough…
